  • In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

  • Welding products and supplies can be inherently dangerous if used improperly. By purchasing welding products from Valleys Welding, you acknowledge that:
    • You have the appropriate knowledge, training, and experience to safely use the products.
    • You will follow all manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable workplace safety regulations (including any provincial Occupational Health and Safety requirements).
    • Valleys Welding is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the improper use, handling, or storage of products purchased from us.

 

3.4 Custom Welding Services

  • If we offer custom welding or fabrication services, specific terms, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon separately in a written quote or work order.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable quote or agreement.

 


 

4. Pricing & Taxes

4.1 All prices displayed on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

4.3 Applicable federal (GST/HST) and provincial sales taxes (PST/QST) will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout, based on your shipping address and applicable Canadian tax regulations.

4.4 We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund, or
  • Contact you with the corrected price and give you the option to proceed or cancel.

  • Inaccurate or incomplete order information
  • Exceeding quantity limits

 

5.3 An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it simply acknowledges that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when the product is shipped or made available for pickup.

5.4 If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.


6. Payment Terms

  • Our online payments are processed securely through Stripe and WooCommerce Payments
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other supported card networks.
  • Using a Stripe account, we accept payments on our WooCommerce site without passing setup costs or unnecessary fees to you
  • Your payment information is transmitted securely and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers
  • By providing your payment details, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized cardholder or have authorization to use the payment method.

 

6.2 Offline / In-Person Payment

  • For customers who visit our physical location, we accept payment in person via cash, debit, or credit card through our point-of-sale terminal.
  • Customers using card-present (in-person) payments can expect to have certain personal data shared with Stripe, including their location at the time and date of purchase and their email address
     

6.3 Payment Obligations

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for online orders unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (e.g., deposit arrangements for custom work).
  • All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed until valid payment is received.

 

6.4 Promotional Codes & Gift Cards

  • Promotional codes, discount codes, or gift cards (if offered) are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
  • They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Shipping & Delivery

    • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached

  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective)
  • Hazardous materials or consumables (e.g., welding rods, gas, filler materials) once opened

 

8.3 Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Items must be shipped back in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

 

8.4 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
